  • Photos or images you upload for processing. These files are stored on our servers and processed using AI technologies.

d. Analytics Data
We use analytics tools such as Amplitude, UXCam, and other platforms to understand usage trends and improve performance. These services may collect pseudonymous identifiers and behavioral data.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Services.

  • Authenticate users and provide personalized experiences.

  • Process images and deliver AI-enhanced results.

  • Analyze usage to guide development and marketing decisions.

  • Communicate updates or support messages.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Uploaded images and personal data are stored on secure servers. We may retain this data as long as necessary for the operation of the Services or as required by law.
We do not guarantee permanent deletion of uploaded content but may periodically remove old files to conserve storage.

3a. AI Processing and Face Data Policy

Some features of our Service (such as "Face Enhancement" or "Upscale") allow you to process photographs containing faces. To comply with privacy standards, we provide the following disclosures regarding how this data is handled:

  • Reason for Collection: We process images containing faces solely to provide the AI enhancement features you request (e.g., sharpening a blurry face or increasing resolution). We do not use this data to identify individuals or for authentication purposes.

  • Data Retention: Images uploaded for AI processing are stored temporarily on our processing partners' servers to generate the output.

    • Retention Period: Images are retained for a maximum of 24 to 48 hours to ensure the processed file can be successfully downloaded to your device.

    • Deletion: After this short processing window, the images and any associated face data are permanently deleted from the processing servers.

  • Third-Party Sharing: To perform these enhancements, image data is securely transmitted to our AI infrastructure partners:

    • Topaz Labs: Used for image upscaling and restoration.

    • Fal.ai: Used for creative upscaling.

    • Firebase (Google): Used for temporary intermediate storage.

  • Third-Party Privacy Practices: Our partners (Topaz Labs and Fal.ai) are prohibited from using your images to train their general AI models. They store the data only for the duration required to process your request (typically less than 48 hours) and then delete it.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell personal data.
We may share information with:

  • Analytics and performance partners (Amplitude, UXCam).

  • AI processing providers (such as Replicate, Fal, or similar services).
    These partners are bound by confidentiality and data-processing agreements.

We may also disclose information to comply with legal obligations or to protect the rights and safety of our users or company.

5. User Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Users

Our servers are located in the United States. If you use the Services from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S.
